Community Outreach

Fiddler’s Creek cares for the community. Our many residents welcome the opportunity to volunteer and participate in worthwhile causes, putting others first and giving something back to the community. Here are a few examples of the numerous organizations for which our residents volunteer and support.

Annual Toy Drive

Christmas is traditionally a time for us to open up our hearts and wallets to help others in need. For the past several years, Fiddler’s Creek has supported the Annual Toy Drive for the children of nearby Manatee Elementary School. The residents of Fiddler’s Creek have generously donated hundreds of Christmas gifts for the children to help make their holiday a little brighter.

Fiddler’s Creek residents meet monthly for the Adopt-A-Highway program coordinated through the State and Collier County to pick up debris and litter along the “adopted” two-mile stretch of Route 951 from the entrance of Fiddler’s Creek.

The Boys & Girls Club

The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek hosts the Annual “Fore-the-Kids” Golf Tournament on the beautiful championship Creek Course in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. The tournament provides support for the boys and girls and their families who rely on The Boys & Girls Club to enhance their lives now and for the future. The mission of the Boys & Girls Club is to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential and help them build the skills they will need to be successful in life.

Tutor Corps

Another program that draws our residents to volunteer their time is the Tutor Corps. Our residents act as mentors to assist High School tutors who are hired by the Guadelupe Center Early Childhood Education Program. This program helps at risk children break the cycle of poverty through education.

Community Emergency Response Team

In the past, and under the instruction of the East Naples Fire Company, volunteers have learned CPR, defibrillator usage, and emergency response procedures for disasters and pandemics, including mock disaster drills.
