Sale e Pepe

A search for authentic Italian dining in Naples and Marco would put Sale e Pepe above all. Yes the cuisine, but so too the atmosphere – inside and out it is thrilling, vibrant, a bit of wild Italian but also supremely elegant and romantic. Definitively the most coveted beach terrace dining on the coast. Maybe it’s the mood, which takes its cue from the long colorful bar, but here it’s impossible not to feel like celebrating the life Italian.

And the cuisine? It is at once authentic and modern, passionately fresh, and above all, original. Creativity is the grail here and the journey is surely the reward. Yes, there are classics, but we always explore the boundaries.

A culinary renaissance of southern Italian cuisine is exploring imaginative ways to express traditional dishes. Andrea Cirino and team promise not only to satisfy, but delight with each course, each day, and every week, for the menu is constantly auditioning new creations.
